In 1951 the country of South Korea design a medal and ribbon for the service men defending that country from an attach by North Korea and China. The Department of Defence would not approve the medal for the armed forces of the United States. Maybe, because President Truman signed Executive Order 10179 authorizing the Korean Service Medal, issued by the United State, the Republic Of South Korea had to delay the ROK Korean War Service Medal. So here we are over fifty years later receiving a War Medal for COMBAT. If you qualify for one of these medals, you qualify for both of them. The person serving in Korea can apply, or either; his wife, Parents, Children and Grandchildren are all authorize to receive the Medal. This is a very impressive “thank-you Ribbon and Medal” (above) with a Thank-you letter in both English and Korean. For this reason, it’s best to apply early. Under “Links” click on “Stand In The Door”, there you will see the Ribbon, Medal and Letters from the Republic of South Korea. Then click on U.S. Air Force to get information to apply for the Medal.

The last election show that the Voters are still in charge, at least for the next few months. When I guessed wrong on who would win the election, I expressed some fear if the Democrats took both houses. Now that I have considered how skillfully the voters selected and elected the people for public office, sending a massage to future candidates, that the VOTERS RULES. Now I pray that they will apply the same strict selection process to candidates for the School Board, Because what America need now is a good education, and that require an excellence School system.
GOOD JOB AMERICANS: BESURE AND VOTE NEXT TIME!!!

This is the Certificate Of Recognition for service during the Cold War. It is available to those who served from (2 September 1945 – 26 December 1991) in promoting peace and stability for this nation. you can apply for this Certificate, if you were in the military during that period, by senting a copy of your DD-214. ( I am sure you know, (never send your original copy to any one). If you served as a civilian, use the link, Cold War Certificate. Maybe if you apply this week, your certificate will be signed by Secretary of Defense, Donald Rumsfeld, or you can wait and some one else will sign your’s.

Donald Rumsfeld, Secretary of Defence is leaving the Pentagon. The first time I saw him
walk out behind President Bush and the person nominated to replace him, I remembered looking at him when all the looting started, and after that, when the then dictator of Iraq Saddam Hussein, said, “wait untill I get them on the ground”. I said, seal the borders, remove all Ammo-dumps and stop the looting, issue house passes if necessary, or you will regret this day. I didn’t write or call, I just believed he knew what to do. I did!
I will try to upload the Cold War Certificate Of Recognition tomorrow. It just failed to upload tonight.

I watched Lou Dodds on CNN Wednesday (2 Nov. 2006) and decided that the Middle-class need to get more involved in nominating candidates for elections and influencing the issues. We can just spend our time engaging in our daily activities, while the people engaged in politics plan everything that’s important in our lives, or we can take a part in selecting the candidate for office. It is clear to me now, the new people coming to America, both legal and illegal will decide the future of this country. All though the whites maybe half of the population in the next 20 years, the votes they cast will be only one third of the total. Because the other identifiable goups will tend to vote as a block, while the whites split their votes. Witness the reports on the votes cast by the Hispanis in Tuesday Election.

When I went to vote, this morning, at 10: am, the pole-workers and the voters were happy about the turn-out, and the lines averaged, six people in each line. Some statements heard from voters were “we may have a record turn-out today”. My reasoning at that time was that a high turn-out will mean the Democrats will win Ohio, and come close to winning the House and the Senate. With this, the voters will send a message to any one running for elected office in the future. And that message will be, money can not elect you to office, you win by counting the votes not the money.
Just announced: THE DEMOCRATS WINS THE HOUSE at 11:20pm by my clock!!! November 7, 2006,the date on this Post is wrong???
Good night??

After all the get-out- the-vote work is finished and the voters go to the polls and vote, the Republicans will retain the houses by the end-of-their-teeth. All the rich will be happy, because nothing will change for them. The rest of us will have to wonder what it all mean. Why, because every tax increase or decrease will help or hurt us first and the most. But what if I am wrong and the democrats win both houses?. I am afraid of the social changes that will continual to destroy the values we hold dear, like marrage, raising our children and grandchildren. Democrats or Republican, let the winner take all, I will not despair as long as the people continue to demand that we have Judges that will not legislate from the Bench
